1. Application Fee

  • Application or registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Admission Fee

  • Admission fees may be refundable only if a written cancellation request is submitted within the stipulated time frame, as decided by the institute.
  • After the commencement of classes, admission fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Course Fee Refund

  • Refund of course fees (if applicable) will be processed based on:
    • Timing of withdrawal
    • Institutional policies
    • Regulatory guidelines (if any)
  • Deductions may be applicable for:
    • Administrative charges
    • Processing fees
    • Duration of course attended

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written application via email to support@vihsagartala.com
  2. Include:
    • Student Name
    • Course Name
    • Payment Details
    • Reason for refund
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–15 working days.

5. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
  • The institute will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend classes after admission
  • Voluntary withdrawal after the permitted period
  • Submission of incorrect or misleading information
  • Violation of institute rules

7. Changes to Refund Policy

The institute reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
