1. Application Fee
- Application or registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Admission Fee
- Admission fees may be refundable only if a written cancellation request is submitted within the stipulated time frame, as decided by the institute.
- After the commencement of classes, admission fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Course Fee Refund
- Refund of course fees (if applicable) will be processed based on:
- Timing of withdrawal
- Institutional policies
- Regulatory guidelines (if any)
- Deductions may be applicable for:
- Administrative charges
- Processing fees
- Duration of course attended
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Course Name
- Payment Details
- Reason for refund
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–15 working days.
5. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.
- The institute will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to attend classes after admission
- Voluntary withdrawal after the permitted period
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information
- Violation of institute rules
